I was raised in a family business centered in commercial real estate development. I was raised in Dallas and graduated high school from Saint Mark's School of Texas in 1998 and from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. After graduating in May 2002 I obtained my real estate license and joined my family partnership, Victor Realty Partners, where we developed property for Eckerd's, and Lifeway Christian Stores. In 2004 I took a job with Preston Carter Company, which brought me to Fort Worth. With Preston I worked as a commercial broker/developer on projects including land sales for the Trinity Bluff development, and Vann Roach Cattle Company. As a developer I oversaw the acquisition and entitlement process of a commercial tract in Granbury. In 2007 I obtained my broker's license and started W.S. Perry Company, LLC and Westfork Realty Partners, LLC. These companies focused on real estate investments, development, and brokerage. I completed multiple transactions for clients including: sale of raw industrial land, office tenant rep, retail tenant and landlord rep, and the acquisition of an income producing 40-unit apartment complex in Irving. As I worked on my own I helped friends and family buy and sell homes, and found I enjoyed the residential side of the business. In May of 2009 I partnered with Joseph Berkes and brought my experience and expertise to the Williams Trew Team.
I am a member of Christ Chapel Bible Church, Ridglea Country Club, and on the Board of Directors for Camp John Marc-Special Camps for Special Kids. I am happily married to Whitney. We have one son, William Shepherd, and live in the Cultural District in Fort Worth.
I have a broad range of experience and successful transactions in all facets of the real estate industry. My goal is to utilize my experience, knowledge, expertise and confidence to assist my clients with their specific needs.
