Brad brings more than 17 years' experience in luxury hospitality customer service and real estate sales and marketing to Ascent Sotheby's International Realty. Spanning from Toyko to Chicago, his previous positions included working for such notable hotel companies as the Four Seasons, Peninsula Group and The Ritz-Carlton Club.

Vail Valley pursuits

An avid snowboarder and mountain biker, Brad fell in love with the Vail Valley while working on his undergraduate degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management at the University of Denver. Following his graduation and world travels to work for other hotel companies, Brad was offered the opportunity to join The Ritz-Carlton team and returned to Vail in 2003. He then spent the next five years as Senior Sales Manager and Managing Broker for The Ritz-Carlton Club, Bachelor Gulch, overseeing all aspects of marketing and sales for the real estate project. In addition, Brad assisted in developing the sales and marketing strategy for The Ritz-Carlton Club, Vail.

Honors and achievements

During his tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Club, Brad completed nearly 200 transactions for both buyers and sellers. From 2009-2012, Brad was named the number one sales executive for all The Ritz-Carlton Club locations in sales volume or number of transactions, while at the same time commuting from Vail and completing his MBA at the University of Colorado.
