"My philosophy about being a real estate professional is simple: I realize that I am representing people with one of the largest and most important purchases they will ever make. I treat my clients as if they were a family member. I work seven days a week to ensure that you will receive the highest level of personalized service, and work constantly to be at the top of my game.
I am not a "transaction-based" agent who is only looking for a quick sale. I will ensure that you will have a complete understanding of the marketplace and the overall process of buying or selling a home. I believe you will end up being a client for life and I look forward to going through your life, job and family changes with you. My job doesn't end when the title passes - I will always be available to you for advice, referrals, resources or whatever else you may need.
I take my responsibilities to you very seriously. I am completely confident in my abilities to find you the right house; to sell your home in the most professional way, at the highest price possible; and to use the best that technology has to offer as a part of the process. I am also confident in my ability to guide, inform and educate you. I will give you constant updates, and you will always know what the next steps will be. I also pride myself, after over 18 years of selling real estate, in my out-of-the box creative thinking, my ability to be flexible to accommodate new situations, and my deep, varied and thoughtful understanding of the entire real estate process - the least of which are my superb negotiating skills that only time and experience can teach you. I am a self-professed control freak, am a part of a select networking group both locally and globally, and have written numerous articles and feature pieces about the real estate process.

Rachel has been involved in her communities through extensive volunteer efforts, including a multi-school fund-raiser to bring computers and electronics into the Darien elementary schools at a time when they were scarce.
