Neal has been full-time real estate investor in Austin, Texas since 2008. In addition to being part of the Capital City Sotheby's International Realty team, he is the co-founder and CEO of Nu Key Realty Solutions, LLC, an investment company which specializes in single-family homes in Central Austin. Customer and client service have been central to his success in both roles.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Neal graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College in 2004. Upon graduation he moved to New York City to work in the financial services industry, attaining positions in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley and the Connecticut-based hedge fund Bridgewater Associates. By 2006 he had had enough of the Northeast, and moved to Boca Raton, Florida, where he helped coach the Florida Atlantic University men's tennis team and attained a M.S. in Economics.

Shortly after completing his Master's degree, Neal moved to Austin at the behest of a friend and found it the perfect place for his wide interests. The city has much to offer: culture, nature, sports, music, food, and the excitement of a college town. As such, he has thrown himself into the community whole-heartedly and looks forward to the many things he has yet to experience. More than anything else, he hopes to do his small part in contributing to his adopted home.
