Tess has been active in real estate since 1984 working onsite in new home sales and general real estate. Her onsite experience consisted of working for developers in upscale communities in Orlando and Naples, Florida, including Treviso Bay. Also Licensed in Michigan, Tess was named Sales Person of the year for Southeastern Michigan by the National Home Builders Association.

She attended the University of Dayton and Boston University and graduated from New England School of Art in Boston with a Graphic Design degree. As a member of the Von Liebig Art Association, two of her sketches were displayed at the Founders show.

Tess is a listing partner with brother, Tom McCarthy, in Premier Sotheby's International Realty's Broad Avenue office in Old Naples.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Tess resides in Naples full-time and continues to strive to provide her clients with personal service, an objective perspective and the information needed for her clients to proceed with transactions that fit their personal Real Estate portfolios.

She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
