Tory began selling real estate in Santa Cruz County, CA in 1976 when interest rates went as high as 19%! Although times were challenging, Tory's knack for creative deals allowed her to become successful. It wasn't long before she moved into the investment side of real estate, focusing on multi-unit properties and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Her passion for skiing led her to Aspen, where as a ski pro she was selected as one of the United States' Top 100 Ski Instructors by Skiing Magazine. Tory has garnered a reputation for her honesty, hard work, and knowledge of the market.
