There is a large grassy area which could be converted to a play ground or tennis court. All doors and windows have hurricane shutters and the 12-inch reinforced concrete construction testifies it’s ability to withstand the worst storms. The kitchen has been recently renovated and there is now a generator to supply electricity in case of power failure.
