Linda has been selling real estate in the Lake Sunapee region for over 11 years and is a consistent top sales producer. Linda enjoys working with people and it shows. She prides herself in being on top of the local Real Estate market and plays an active role in the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors®, having served as its President in 2005 and on the Board of Directors for 8 years. Linda serves on several committees on the local and State level. In 2006, Linda earned her Graduate Realtor® Institute Designation (GRI). In 2009, Linda was the named Realtor of the Year by her peers on her local Board of Realtors. Linda currently resides in Sutton with her husband Gene and daughter Rachel and their two dogs, Theo and Tedy. She loves to play golf, tennis, ski, hike, and spend time at the family lake house.
