Helen Marcos joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2002. She has been working exclusively with The Field Team, one of the industry's top producing teams, closing over $500 million in residential sales. Ms. Marcos has the insider's knowledge and contacts necessary for success in the highly competitive luxury segment of the Manhattan and Laguna Beach, California residential real estate markets. Ms. Marcos has spent the last several years expanding her bi-coastal network, which made 2007 a stellar year for sales, including the sale of premier properties such as the Stanhope. Previous to her career in real estate, Ms. Marcos spent over 10 years in marketing, public relations and event planning. She was an account executive at Matchlogic, a former leading digital media company. At Matchlogic, Ms. Marcos was responsible for multi-million-dollar client accounts, including delivering media products and developing client relationships. Prior to Matchlogic, she held the position of executive chef at the United States Ambassador's Residence in Mexico City, Mexico, where she was responsible for all the official receptions and managed a staff of 40 kitchen personnel. Ms. Marcos graduated from the California Culinary Academy and earned a bachelor's degree from American University in Washington, D.C. She is active in a number of New York City charitable organizations and currently resides on the Upper East Side with her two children. Ms. Marcos loves her career in real estate, and customer satisfaction is her ultimate goal. She enjoys the process of buying and selling and is delighted to work in today's opportunity-filled market.
