Originally from Texas, she brings to her successful career a background in teaching, most recently for the Santa Monica Unified School District. Among her many accomplishments, Paula founded the computer lab at Lincoln Middle School and secured playground equipment for the Santa Monica Unified Schools as well as Los Angeles Charter Schools. As a longtime resident of the West Side, Paula is dedicated to her community as well as her vocation. Despite her full-time real estate career, she is involved in many charitable organizations in her area, including Habitat for Humanity and the Junior League of Los Angeles, and helps raise funds for multiple sclerosis and the American Cancer Society. In recognition of her tremendous contributions and efforts, she was honored as the recipient of Santa Monica's Community Service Award in 1988.
