Atland Group co-founder, Mike Hulett brings an extensive background in both Sales and Marketing to his career in real estate. Shortly after graduating from Michigan State University with degrees in Marketing and Management; he jumped into the business world where he excelled as a Marketing Manager for a small Midwest brewery.
Beginning his formal real estate career in early 2000, Mike started as a Sales Agent for American Invsco, one of the largest developers in the country. Here he sold 300+ unit developments in various locations around the country. Quickly realizing his love for the industry and need to expand knowledge, he ventured into the Brokerage community less than a year later. He continued to double his gross annual sales every year for the next four years.
Mike has been involved with dozens of new development projects both residential and commercial. He is most involved in the pre-development and project marketing aspects for Atland Group's diverse development clientele. Much of his work focuses on feasibility studies, floor plan / finishes / amenities reviews, pricing in the marketplace, and target marketing strategies.

Mike lives in the Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife Heidi, son Ronin and daughter Remi.
