Cheryl has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2003 and is a full-time resident of Belleair Florida.

Prior to joining Premier Sotheby's International Realty, Cheryl worked for Coldwell Banker Real Estate specializing in the waterfront and luxury property throughout Pinellas County. In particular she marketed and represented the project Belle Aqua Villas, 12 luxury Italianesque villas are located on Clearwater Harbor. Belle Aqua Villas developed by Menna Development & Management Inc., builders of restaurants, office parks, apartments and condominium complexes.

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida Cheryl earned her associate degree in technology and business from St. Petersburg College.She is active on several boards and committees including the Belleair Recreation Department Board, founding member of the town of Belleair Sunday Concert

Series, secretary and board member for Belleair Community Foundation, and is a member of the Belleair Country Club Membership Committee.
