Dayle has more than 11 years of experience in the real estate development industry and was involved in managing all aspects of construction including residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.

He was project manager for the Estuary at Grey Oaks, Calusa Island Village, Bank of Florida, Pelican Marsh Clubhouse, Tuscany Reserve, St. Tropez, Tavira at Bonita Bay and Aqua at Pelican Isle before working in general luxury real estate sales with Premier Sothebys International Realty.

Previously, Dayle worked as a mechanical engineer for Wadsworth Engineering in Fort Myers for such projects as Ave Maria, Five Points, Lost Key, Aria on Park Shore Beach and Esperia at Bonita Bay.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
