In 1999, Güç started his career at Avectra Inc. Software company located in Virginia, USA. He worked in various IT projects. He was appointed to the Director of Customer Service in 2004 and continued his career at Avectra until 2009. After returning to Turkey, he worked as the General Manger at Trumptravel, Istanbul. In September 2010, he started working for Turkey Sotheby's International Realty as the IT Manager. Güç graduated from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and Yildiz Technical University with a BS in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. Güç also has a Master in Management Information System and an MBA degree from University of Baltimore.
