Bob Kapci has been in the development and custom home building business since 1998. In addition to managing the construction side of the business he also managed the sales and marketing of the custom homes. He recently expanded his business by acquiring his real estate license and is now part of the RH Nathan team. Prior to all this he founded the Core Group providing sales and marketing consulting to the construction industry. His career started at Bryant Universal Roofing where he was the VP of Operations for seven offices and over thirteen hundred employees. He and his wife have resided in north Scottsdale for over 16 years.
