Michelle utilizes twenty years of experience in residential and commercial real estate to provide her clients with investment expertise and a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. Her loyal clientele values her responsiveness, strong work ethic and keen negotiating skills, which have set her apart in the industry and distinguished her as a consistent company top producer.

Although Dallas has experienced a tumultuous real estate market over the last several years, Michelle has continued to consistently sell her clients' homes for premium prices, and within a shorter period of time than other competing homes. She believes that market presentation and pricing are the two most important factors in selling a home in today's market, and she attributes her success rate to the trust her clients place in her pricing and marketing recommendations.

Entering the residential real estate market in 2004, Michelle worked for several top Dallas firms, earning accolades such as "Rookie of the Year" and "Top Producer." She was also awarded the ultimate production honor of being inducted in the Hall of Fame for having closed production in excess of $100,000,000 in sales. In 2011, she joined Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty and has been among the top four individual producers in both 2011 and 2012.

Michelle attended Southern Methodist University, receiving a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting with emphasis in Finance. She is married to a native Dallasite, and has three children. She resides in the Park Cities and has been extremely active in her community, her children's schools - Hockaday, St. Mark's and Armstrong Elementary, and in service organizations such as Preservation Dallas, Park Cities Historic and Preservation Society, the Rise School of Dallas, and Cheers for Charity. This community involvement keeps Michelle in touch with her clients on a personal level, and gives her the ability to guide these clients as they make other decisions associated with purchasing a home, such as schools, children and family programs, and other neighborhood amenities.
