In Kirsten's view there can be only one driving view about a successful business: "Do whatever is needed to meet the objectives of the customer."That fundamental concept is held together by responding to the customer with absolute honesty, concern for their welfare, focused activity and total attention to detail. In success or failure, Kirsten always finds ways to improve. Kirsten was born to the Connecticut shore, graduated from Hopkins in New Haven (1982) and the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York (BA 1986). Post college, she gained experiences in commercial real estate, financial services, workers compensation consulting and private golf club sales and membership development. She returned to Madison with her family from San Francisco and London where they had lived on and off for the past 10 years. She is thrilled to be back; she knows and loves every street and lane on the shoreline and has friends and relatives on many. Kirsten and her husband John have two young children that are usually seen by others as polite, well behaved and responsive to their teachers and friends: What could be better?
Outside of real estate, she serves on the Head's Advisory Board at Hopkins, Board Member to Madison Little League (Girls Fall Ball Commissioner & Director of Softball Uniforms), Board Advisor to Madison Investment Center, Volunteer to Women & Family Life in Guilford, former Officer to her children's school PTA and serves as the Chair for the Annual School Auction Booklet. She won the Connecticut State Golf Association Father /Daughter Golf Championship and two other local golf Club Championships. She is an active member of the CWGA and carries a 7 handicap.
