Kate Benham has been involved in real estate since 2001 and has developed a stellar reputation in theindustry by her clients and peers. She has a vast network of resources from interior designers toappraisers, home inspectors and financial institutions to call upon to assist clients in all aspects of purchase or selling their home.

In her career, Kate has had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the premier luxury home builders in Southwest Florida including DiamondCustom Homes and communities such as Grey Oaks and Quail West and other communities throughout Lee and Collier county. She has been an investor and manager of rental properties.

Originally from The Berkshires in Massachusetts, Kate was involved in the world of banking prior to real estate. She served as a loan originator and manager of a mortgage division.

She is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
