Court has been the listing agent for over 30 developments, including the estate lots in Pinebrook, Pineridge, Ecker Hill, Mountain Ranch and Red Hawk. Single family home communities include Ecker Village, Sunbrook, Eagle Ridge, Turnberry and Turnberry Woods. He has also represented the Ranch Condominiums, Horsethief Canyon, Pine Creek, and Fox Point at Redstone. Court has also been the listing agent for several condominium hotels including: Hyatt Escala Lodge, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Silverado Lodge, and Sunrise at Escala. Currently, Court represents three developments; Fairway Springs Ski and Golf Villas at the Canyons Ski Resort and High Star Ranch. Court has sold many large parcels and trophy ranches in his career, including a 2400 acre ranch which he sold in 2013
Court spends his time away from real estate with his wife Susan and their four children. They are all involved in a hobby that has turned into a passion - Martial Arts. Every member of the family is a Black Belt and the family owns Bobby Lawrence Karate School, the only full-time karate studio in Park City. Court has been with Master Lawrence since 1989 and is the "Head of School" and a 5th Degree Black Belt. Karate is a good balance to the demands of the real estate business
