Fred has lived in Spain for 14 years and worked for two years as a real estate agent in ´Altea´ on the Spanish mainland, before coming to Mallorca. Fred´s roots are Dutch, however, he speaks fluently German, English and Spanish, too. On Mallorca he used to work for many years in a well-known, German real estate agency in the south-west of the island and is therefore a real expert in this area. Living apart from his family Fred loves traveling a lot, visiting his family in the Netherlands, Austria and Italy, which, as he says, helps amazingly in the daily, International approach to clients and owners from Sotheby´s. Having started with the company in December 2012, it is a pleasure to welcome Fred in our team.
