Far Pavilion is really not so far from the beach at Long Bay; a perfect view of which can be had from just about every room in the house including the 12-foot deck. The Atlantic Ocean is laid out in all its glory and Far Pavilion provides an ideal setting for enjoying the scene and the peaceful calm that pervades this property. The French doors in the living area open to the aforementioned deck and create a wide-open living space where a new definition of “lounge” can be created. Even with the best intentions, taking advantage of the peace and quiet to read a book on the deck, one is frequently distracted by the magnificent view pulling one’s attention from an otherwise riveting story. The ample parking area is conveniently outside the front door making it very easy to transfer groceries without having to negotiate any steps. The entrance leads to the living area and then the galley kitchen on the left which opens to the dining area on the covered pool deck; sheltered during the occasional shower that helps cool the air and water the plants in the beautiful garden below. If the tropical weather should turn less than ideal for entertaining there is an alternative, indoors across from the kitchen. A staircase leads to two bedrooms and bathrooms. On the other side of the pool is a charming guesthouse with ensuite bathroom. The proximity to Long Bay Resort provides easy access to all its amenities: restaurant, spa, pool and, of course, the beautiful beach. Far Pavilion benefits from professional management and meticulous owners, keeping the property and garden immaculate.
