The main house consists of the original police residence with original stone walls and a kitchen and lounge which were added around 20 years ago. The premises are on town gas and a new boiler, heating water to the radiators has been fitted. Ceiling mounted central heating effectively heats the original house.

The bathroom in the main house has been recently rebuilt as has the main bedroom’s en-suite.

There is room for further work if you wish and the options allow for private use on one of Arrowtown’s largest sections, or expansion of the popular business.
