His dedication to providing excellent service to his clients comes from his time with the fine dining establishments of the Regas restaurant family and the Bravo restaurant in Knoxville. Hospitality is in his blood and he uses that in his real estate practice. He grew up in Sequoyah Hills and could be seen riding his bike around the nature trail admiring the homes and imagining what the insides were like. His best friend lived on the lake so he has spent a lot of time navigating Fort Loudon, always admiring the grand estates along the Tennessee River. Naturally, James gravitated toward a career in real estate. Today, with over 20 years of professional experience, James can still be seen running along Cherokee Boulevard or driving through neighborhoods doing market analysis.
