As a native Knoxvillian, I know and understand that there is no place like home; Knoxville is a fabulous place to call home.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Economics and B.A. in Public Administration, I went to work with one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. My experience in banking was varied and included commercial and consumer lending, credit analysis, real estate review, management, and much more. After 5 years in banking, I decided I was well prepared for the real estate career I desired.
My residential experience includes seller and buyer representation, relocation properties, inventory properties, foreclosures, land sales and luxury homes. Each facet of the real estate transaction requires attention to detail and complete and total communication between parties. As one of the largest financial decisions one will make......you deserve an experienced professional working as your advocate, guiding you through each potentially complex step.
The Knoxville market has really changed since my youth. Tremendous growth and opportunity over the past 2 decades have established Knoxville as an extremely attractive place for real estate investment. Knoxville continues to grow and its central location between several metropolitan areas allows for more opportunities for a wonderful place to call home.
