Bill Ransdell
Bill's love of real estate comes from his father who, along with his uncle, operated a real estate office in Elizabethtown, KY in the 1970's. By 1982, Bill was in Lexington and went on to play football at the University of Kentucky where he assumed the position of starting quarterback. He graduated from UK with a business degree and earned his real estate license in 1988.
Bill shares his life with his wife, Deirdre, and their five children. He plays golf, travels, and is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking. He and his family are members of Immanuel Baptist Church where he also serves as a deacon. He participates on the KAHCF Personal Care Committee and is past president and current board member of the K Association at the University of Kentucky. Bill's charitable interests include the Special Olympics of Kentucky, St. Baldrick's Foundation, and the Kentucky High School Rodeo Association.
