Real estate wasn't the big industry in the 1970s and 1980s that it is today, but my involvement and my approach hasn't changed since I began, 37 years ago. I came to Aspen in 1972, and I've never thought of leaving. As an avid sailor and ocean racer from the East Coast, it was a bold change, but you know when you've found your home. Since my arrival, I've watched a small ski community evolve into the one it is today - world-class in every category, with unwavering community pride. I had the very good fortune to meet my wife Nancy in Aspen. We were married in 1976 at the Aspen Chapel - still one of the most beautiful spots in town. I then watched my family grow alongside the town I loved. Along the way, I pursued a business career by day and spent many nights on the ice as a volunteer coach and mentor. In both, some seasons were good and some were great. Can you ever really have a losing season when it's spent in Aspen? My approach is simple - and successful. I share my enthusiasm with my clients. I focus squarely on their needs. And I take great joy in helping them find their own place in this magnificent town. Welcome to my home.
