Denise is a fourth generation real estate professional from the Atlanta area. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a Bachelor's Degree In Speech Communication. She worked in Marketing and Public Relations before starting her family.
Denise has an extensive knowledge of North Atlanta, including Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Marietta, Norcross, Dunwoody, Suwanee and Cumming.
Having had a background in Marketing, she is committed to aggressively and appropriately marketing her listings to sell quick. She enjoys working with new home buyers and helping them find their first dream home.
She believes that the client always comes first. Denise is known to be very service oriented and pleasantly persistent in getting the job done.
She is a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert and has helped many families avoid foreclosure and short sale their homes. She has dealt closely with sellers and bank negotiators, acting as a bridge and a liaison to make sure every step is complete in the process.
Denise currently resides in Johns Creek with her husband, Tim and three boys, Parker Peyton and Palmer. In her free time, Denise enjoys playing tennis and watching her boys play their sports. She is a member of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA.
