Sherri Conrad

Sherri Conrad, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's North Atlanta Office, applies years of sales and marketing experience to aid more than 150 real estate professionals achieve dynamic growth in both sales volume and professional business development. An Atlanta resident for more than 40 years, Sherri has watched Metro Atlanta transform into the eighth-largest metropolitan city in the country, giving her a unique perspective and expert knowledge in guiding her team. Within her first three years in real estate, she achieved more than $20 million in sales, earning her recognition as a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association's Top Producers. In 2018, she closed the second-highest recorded sale in the North Fulton area. Sherri was chosen for the Leadership Council by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association in 2016 and continues to serve on several committees. Sherri designed and launched the STEPS Educational Program - the first company training platform, which has been a huge success for newer agents to develop a strong business foundation and build a successful real estate career. Additionally, Sherri facilitates and leads group business coaching within our office, along with one-on-one training with our agents. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees productivity and supports continuous growth for the North Atlanta office, which continuously ranks as Metro Atlanta's top-producing offices and the No. 1 residential real estate office in North Fulton with more than $1.3 billion in sales volume.

Sherri resides in the Milton area with her two daughters, Saylor and Skylor. She has been an avid tennis player since the age of five and enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, volunteering at her daughters' school and cheering on both of her girls at all of their sporting events.
