Andrea Seeney

Andrea is a seasoned legal, sales and real estate professional dedicated to putting her clients' best interests before her own. Andrea's clients leverage her legal training and experience, including using her commitment to confidentiality in the contract negotiation process to their advantage. Prior to real estate, Andrea practiced law for seven years in Atlanta with Troutman Sanders and Peters and Monyak. She honed her strong negotiation skills and represented numerous Fortune 500 Companies and executives in commercial business and product liability litigation. After practicing law, Andrea and her husband, Erik, started their family. Working flexibly from home, she created a multi-million dollar sales organization with a leading jewelry and accessories brand, consistently earning Top 10 sales recognition nationally (out of 30,000 salespeople). During the pandemic, Andrea created a virtual, private coaching practice to help leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals achieve work-life balance, and to write their own stories of transformation in business and in life. She is the host of the top-rated Apple podcast, 'Vision to Thrive.'

Andrea's extensive market knowledge stems from living and working in the Greater Atlanta area since 2003. She has built a diverse network of trusted relationships spanning multiple industries with top producing agents, and in sought-after neighborhoods like Milton, Alpharetta, Crabapple, Johns Creek, Roswell, Duluth, East Cobb, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Cumming and Canton. For sellers, this ensures that the homes she lists show well because of her excellent reputation and professional experience with other agents.

Andrea and her husband, Erik, live in Milton with their two children, Ava and Logan, who are the centers of their universe. She and her family attend St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta. They are avid supporters of Milton's public schools and community through volunteer work and by co-hosting charitable fundraisers including events for METAvivor for Metastatic Breast Cancer Research, EverLaith Foundation and Make Lemon Aide® Foundation for Cerebral Palsy.

Beyond faith, family and business, Andrea is a trained opera singer and classical pianist. The New York native received bachelor's degrees in music and political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. Andrea performed with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus for 10 years, which included performances at Carnegie Hall and the Berlin Philharmonic. She currently performs with The Michael O'Neal Singers in Roswell.
