There are no “typical” days, and being endlessly challenged by new puzzles is what makes it fun. Ashley is passionate about innovatively anticipating the needs of agents. Being on the cutting edge of industry trends with the opportunity to find new ways to support them excites her. She enjoys nothing so much as developing a new tool that agents didn’t know they needed and watching them use it to connect with and serve their clients more effectively. She regularly collaborates with great minds both within and outside Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty on a global scale to pinpoint relevant solutions for agents and the creative teams that serve them. Defined as much by her kindness as a communicator as by her ability as an innovator, she embodies the fine art of presence, reading between the lines and tailoring her advice to meet the needs of individuals as well as companies. A master at offering direct yet thoughtful feedback, she has a gift for viewing multiple angles of a question and seeing the most creative solution. Born and raised in Virginia, Ashley is the only daughter of a top-producing agent in residential and commercial real estate in Richmond and a former editor for the Richmond Times-Dispatch. A graduate of Elon University with a degree in journalism, she moved to Atlanta after college and began her career with Atlanta Fine Homes in 2012 as a Senior Marketing Coordinator. She is also an OrangeTheory devotee (for the movement and mindset) and has taken over 2,000 classes to date. She and her husband, Zach, live in Atlanta with their son, Bodhi, and daughter, Denver.
