Entering his 15th year in Real Estate, Nic Stotler started his career as a Realtor® in the metro region of Saint Louis, Missouri, and southern Illinois. Eventually transitioning out of direct-to-consumer sales, he soon became Vice President of Brokerage Services and a National Speaker for Superlative — one of the United States’ leading real estate technology firms based out of Southern California. During his tenure, Nic worked with Real Trends 500 brokerages on internet marketing strategies, creating a more diversified experience for the user.
Nic then began his work with Realogy — the $5 Billion real estate firm that runs and manages global real estate franchises. He has represented Coldwell Banker, Better Homes & Gardens, and ultimately Sotheby’s International Realty, growing their presence strategically throughout the United States via Franchise Sales and Mergers & Acquisitions.
In his last position with Realogy, he served as the Vice President of Sotheby’s International Realty where he was responsible for strategic growth in various markets throughout North America. It was in this role that he met and eventually began his collaboration with Dielmann Sotheby’s International Realty — Saint Louis’ top luxury brokerage representing world-class homes. His work with Dielmann is allowing the brand to expand its reach west, growing them to a half a billion-dollar company with reach throughout Missouri and beyond. This role also allows Nic to spend more time in his hometown of Godfrey, Illinois, with his wife, Amanda, and their twins Zoey & Bishop.
