The private Bernardo Heights Country Club features an 18-hole championship-caliber course designed by the architect Ted Robinson, renowned for his ability to blend courses seamlessly with their environment. The course is in the midst of a multi-year Golf Course Master Plan, with constant upgrades to the quality of the greens and the visual appeal of the course.

Bernardo Heights’ practice facilities are top-notch, with a three-tiered grass driving range, substantial chipping area with bunkers, and two separate putting greens.

The course also holds events and tournaments throughout the year, including men’s and women’s events and even special rounds designed for couples and juniors. Members and guests can golf Tuesday-Sunday.

Golf Instruction at Bernardo Heights is extensive and can meet the needs of any golfer at any skill level, size or age. Offerings include a Junior Golf Program, Men’s and Ladies Golf Schools, private lessons, playing lessons, on course instruction and video swing analysis, golf fitness, equipment adjustments and fittings. The on-site pro shop offers a wide selection of apparel and equipment services.

Events are a staple of Bernardo Heights, as they play host to numerous tournaments and business, charity and community events throughout the year. Tournament packages are largely customizable, from the equipment provided to food, prizes and in-round contests.
