Club de Golf Aloha 

Located in the Golf Valley, in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Aloha is an exclusive club that has one of the most beautiful and outstanding golf courses in Spain.

This course was designed by Javier Arana, technician and strategies, and has hosted the Andalusian Open Tournament, PGA European Tour, in 2007, 2008 and 2012, standing as a reference point for both professional and amateurs who wish to enjoy the real essence of golf in a unique course. Aloha is one of the most brilliant courses and with the best balanced design that a golf player may find in Spain.

It has 5 long holes (1st, 4th, 10th 13th and 18th) where the strength and precision become essential. On the remaining holes, the technique and strategy of the player will have to be applied at their most guaranteeing you a rewarding result. These holes also feature several unexpected “secrets” for those a bit lackadaisical.
The high number of trees and obstacles rightly placed, the rough that complicates the stroke to the fairway and the peculiar greens, that are fast and uneven, allow the most skilled and strategian players get high performance of their game.
The stamp of the designer Javier Arana is reflected not only in the splendid design, but also in the right selection of trees and plants on the course, that were planted in a sequence which allowed them to blossom at differing times ensuring blossom throughout the year.

Services:
The meeting point of our members is our Clubhouse. Its large terrace overlooking the course and its elegant and comfortable interior lounges create a warm ambience that invites you to stay.
The adjacent building comprises the caddy masters and the dressing rooms. The dressing rooms, recently reformed, have been described by the golf professional Gonzalo Fernandez-Castaño as “one of the best dressing-rooms of the European Tour” so nothing else needs to be added about their spaciousness (with sauna and relax room), design, quality and service.
The swimming-pool, not far from the putting green area, completes the leisure facilities of the Club.

Restaurant:
The magnificent restaurant is run by one of the most prestigious caterers of Marbella, Restaurante Cipriano, from Puerto Banus, which is a guarantee of great quality and excellent service. Although the restaurant is open to the general public there is an area reserved to members only. The prohibition to smoke and to use mobile phones inside the restaurant should be noted.

Driving range:
Aloha is a prestigious club very involved in the coaching and competition, and as such can only offer a first class driving range to its members and visitors.

Features of the driving range:
Almost 300 m long, which allows practising from both sides.
Up to 40 positions where you can practise on natural grass.
A sheltered practice area with mats for rainy days.
Two putting greens by the first tee, with large practising surface and with the same design and characteristics of the course.
Superb chipping area, with several greens and bunkers to practice your short game and approach in a large and quite area.
Definitely Aloha features the best facilities for members to practice their golf game before playing the course.

Pro Shop:
The Pro-shop in Aloha Golf Club is run by Jose Luis Mangas, one of the most experienced golf professionals of Andalucia.

HOW TO GET THERE:

Automobiles: How to get to Aloha on the motorway coming from Málaga: after passing Marbella, immediately after the tunnel and before Puerto Banús, take the first turn off to Istán. Go left round the roundabout so that you cross the river and continue until you see the International Golf School, pass the Aloha College and you will reach the Club.
