Golf Santa Ponsa I
Providing 18 holes (Par 72) with a total length of 6.543 meters and hole 10 being one of the longest Par 5 's in Europe, Golf Santa Ponsa I was opened in 1977.
This golf course was designed by Folco Nardi (together with Pepe Gancedo) and covers an area of 7 hectares. Golf Santa Ponsa I is a long course with lakes and a great variety of trees (almond, olive, pine etc). Thanks to its wide fairways and the four tees where long hitters will enjoy themselves without forgetting the short game tuned to a good result, it appeals to all kinds of players.
Standing out as one of the most important courses in Mallorca, with most events, Golf Santa Ponsa I is host to national and international competitions such as, for instance, Europena Club Championship, Match Spain – Belgium and Spanish PGA Championship.
