Palms Mar Vista

Adjacent to Culver City and minutes from the ocean and UCLA is the community of Palms – Mar Vista. Named after its magnificent views of the ocean along its hilly border near Santa Monica, Palms – Mar Vista is one of the oldest communities in Los Angeles and one of the least dense in all of West Los Angeles.
