Since becoming licensed in 2003, Sandy has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and pricing of single-family homes, new construction, waterfront properties, coops and condominiums. Her diverse experience ranges from sales of 5000 square foot waterfront estates and new construction homes to modest 500 square foot coops and rental properties.
Sandy's success is based on building lifelong relationships and keeping buyers and sellers up-to-date on market activity. Her low-key, non-pressure way has guided many clients to a successful closing. She feels very fortunate to be a part of the Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty team.
