Bob assists his wife, Eileen Kelly, in promoting her listed properties and helping buyers find homes. His business background in media management brings marketing expertise in addition to organizational and technical focus to the process of buying and selling real estate.
He provides back-up for client showings, closings, open houses and other related activity in order to help move the sales process in a timely manner to closing. This includes scheduling appointments and meeting with inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents and tradesmen.
Bob investigates property conditions, negotiates repairs, and ensures any work required is completed on time. His experience includes hands-on maintenance, repairs and upkeep for the four single family homes he and Eileen have purchased together during their marriage.
In addition, he performs necessary due diligence at various municipal offices to review and confirm closing items are in order such as: certificate of occupancy, discharge compliance certificate, (where applicable) open/closed building permits, surveys and other critical records.
