Brad Lawrence

Brad Lawrence is a Realtor in the Los Feliz office of Sotheby's International Realty. Brad has been with the company since 2004 when it acquired DBL Realtors, where he started in 1999. Brad was the assistant manager and training director of the Los Feliz office for seven years. Additionally, he conducts the Ethics in Real Estate course for all incoming agents.

Brad's greatest rewards are those shared with his clients. Whether representing sellers or buyers, landlords or tenants, Brad is personally involved in the transaction from the first meeting through the close of escrow and beyond. He is intuitive to the clients' concerns and listens to their needs. He has a sophisticated sense of style and specializes in staging properties for sale.

On the business side, Brad has a vast understanding of legal aspects, contracts and the technical aspects of real estate. He is an adept negotiator and has a keen understanding of the changing real estate market. He also utilizes highly effective and creative marketing techniques and has a support network of reputable and professional service providers.

Brad was born in Venezuela and raised on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. Since 1985 Brad has lived in Los Angeles where he has held management positions with a number of nightclubs and a prominent downtown law firm. Brad is a consistent top producer and highly respected real estate professional.
