JB Edwards

As a fifth generation Floridian, JB Edwards has a comprehensive knowledge of the Florida real estate market. Growing up, he learned the real estate business from his mother, a top producing agent for over 35 years. His wealth of knowledge coupled with his business experience in advertising, and as a former member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, uniquely positions JB to provide buyers and sellers alike with astute business acumen, analysis, and negotiating skills.

Since becoming licensed in 2005, he has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Palm Beach inventory and pricing of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial properties from the inlet to south of Sloan's Curve. He brings local knowledge and the global-reach resources that Sotheby's International Realty has to offer to his clients.Committed to the community, JB is an active member of the Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church Palm Beach and a number of outreach programs including the True Fund, Empty Bowl from 2014-2018, St. George’s Center, and was formerly on their Board of Directors. He also enjoys memberships to the Kravis Center of the Performing Arts, Miami City Ballet, Norton Museum of Art, Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach, and previously the Society of the Four Arts Contemporaries.

JB has recently been nominated and elected by his peers to serve as 2019 Secretary of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors' Board of Directors. Currently, he is President-Elect and will serve as President of the Board in 2020. JB is a licensed Broker Associate and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.
