Jeff Cloninger

Jeff Cloninger has been a respected, full-time Palm Beach real estate broker for nearly 30 years. He was recognized in 2022 by REALTrends as one of the top-producing 1.5% of Realtors nationwide.

For seven years, Jeff was a top producer for a major Palm Beach brokerage before opening his own office in 2001. Jeff has set numerous sales records including the most expensive sale to date for an oceanfront estate in Manalapan. He enjoys working on all levels of the Palm Beach real estate market and has had the distinction of having both the most expensive in-town listing and the least expensive in-town listing. His client list includes some of the most recognizable names in American business, social, and political circles.

In 2002, Jeff was the developer of the Eliot House Condominium project, taking an aging seven-story apartment building and transforming it into one of the most desirable addresses in midtown Palm Beach. Jeff's knowledge of the local real estate market and the history of the town of Palm Beach is extensive, and he has been quoted on these subjects in numerous national and international publications including the Palm Beach Daily News, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, Paris Match, and Germany's Der Spiegel.

Jeff has sold over one billion dollars’ worth of Palm Beach real estate and is actively involved in his community. Jeff is a past president of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and served on its board of directors for many years. He also served as vice president of the Royal Park homeowners' association and vice chairman of the Neighborhood Alliance of Palm Beach. Appointed by the town council, Jeff has served three terms on the town of Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Commission. Jeff was the 2009 recipient of the Palm Beach Civic Association's Raymond J. Kunkel Award, given to one Palm Beach resident each year who exemplifies heroic or meritorious service to the town of Palm Beach.

Jeff's decision to join Sotheby's International Realty - Palm Beach Brokerage was a sort of homecoming. He had been the rental department manager for a Sotheby's International Realty affiliate in Aspen, Colorado in the mid 1980s and was always mindful of the importance of the brand's international connections.
