Robert DeLeonardis

Robert DeLeonardis began his real estate career with The Goodstein Organization where he was the top producing agent for nine consecutive years. He was promoted to run the day-to-day business, increasing company sales by more than 70 percent. Robert then structured the merger between The Goodstein Organization and Fenwick Keats, where he served as managing partner.

Robert has participated in thousands of real estate transactions including individual units to bulk, building and investment sales, representing individual owners and institutions including Aegon, HSBC, Twin Cities Federal and various sponsors. He also handles buyouts, inside purchases, market pricing, marketing, and oversees sales from pre-vacancy through closing.

In 2015, Robert and his partners sold Fenwick Keats Real Estate to Sotheby's International Realty, where he currently serves as Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker. He served as 2007 President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and led the Manhattan chapter of the Nation Association of REALTORS®, the country's largest real estate trade organization. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
