Jodi Rothman understands that effective real estate professionals must strike the right balance in every transaction. "You want to be aggressive, but not overbearing," she says. "This means doing everything in your power to provide solutions, but doing so with patience and respect for each client's situation."

Jodi's ability to put herself in her clients' shoes enables her to read what their needs and wants truly are. By keeping an open mind and giving an honest assessment of their situation, she aims to build trust and avoid any unwelcome surprises. "Mutual respect is vital to a productive broker/client relationship," she says. These values and Jodi's interest in real estate were instilled from an early age, watching her mother thrive as a successful real estate broker in Boston. Growing up around the business, Jodi always knew that it was a field she was passionate about.

After moving to Manhattan, Jodi soon realized that her love for real estate was matched by the electric energy of the city. By combining her passion for the city with her vast sales experience, real estate quickly proved to be fitting career. Beginning with an on-site sales assignment at a luxury new development, she quickly rose through the ranks and has established herself as a Manhattan leader in high-end sales and rentals. Her vast industry knowledge, coupled with her former status as an Elite top-producer with a prior brokerage firm, has helped her secure several high-profile transactions, including renting apartments to all-star New York Knicks players and working with MTV to rent an apartment for the star of their reality show, "The City."

Jodi's business stretches to all corners of Manhattan where she has worked tirelessly to learn the ins-and-outs of every neighborhood. As a resident of Greenwich Village, she has a particular attachment to downtown Manhattan and transacts a significant amount of business in SoHo, TriBeCa, and all parts of the Village. "My children attend PS3 in the West Village and I love that, despite the size of New York City, I can still walk down my street and wave to their classmates and our friends as if it were a small suburb," she says. "Regardless of your background, what you do for a living, or where you're from, everyone in New York fits in."

An avid runner, Jodi has participated in the New York City marathon and plans to return to her hometown to run the Boston Marathon in 2018. She also enjoys spinning on her Peloton, traveling, and rooting for her beloved Red Sox, Patriots, and Celtics. Although she has a strong connection to Boston sports, she accepts that she's in the minority in the city and doesn't discriminate against New York sports fans.
