Julie Peppars

Julie Peppars is a native of Los Angeles who has resided in Western Los Angeles for over 30 years. She has worked with clients from diverse companies including Charles Schwab, the NFL, the Los Angeles Clippers, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, various motion picture and TV producers, KDOC-Television, Rogers and Cowan Entertainment PR and Marketing, US Department of State, and Orient Overseas Shipping Line among a host of other clients. Having grown up in the city and having witnessed the development and cultural diversity of Los Angeles, Julie brings outstanding service to her clients through her market familiarity.

Prior to pursuing her career in real estate, she acquired marketing skills at Foote, Cone & Belding and obtained a master’s degree in psychology from Loyola Marymount University. Julie is well acquainted with the process of identifying client needs and pinpointing solutions in the marketplace. She also brings a distinct and comprehensive understanding of individual lifestyles and customer satisfaction when screening properties for her clients. She believes that the business of real estate is not only special, but unique to everyone.

While living briefly in Chicago, Julie received her 15 minutes of fame when she appeared as a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show. While raising two active sons, Julie commuted extensively across the city, traveling through nearly every neighborhood in Los Angeles. With her first-hand knowledge and cross-country relocation experience, Julie can easily match her client’s lifestyle with neighborhood compatibility.
