Jim Lacerenza has served as a licensed real estate professional since 1986, focusing on real estate investment and marketing. His goal is to provide the best possible professional service in the industry, through sound leadership, up-to-the-minute technology, strategic advertising and a vision for new markets.
Jim is a member of the Greenwich and Stamford Boards of Realtors, Connecticut Board of Realtors, Greenwich and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service. He was a top producing agent at William Pitt Real Estate, with which he was affiliated before joining Sotheby's International Realty, and won the firm's Platinum Star award for sales from 2000-2004.
Jim has expertise in marketing luxury properties and estates, historic homes, new homes and commercial properties as well as in land development. He is a member of the U.S. Jaycee and the Volunteer Council of the Boy Scouts of America and is an honorary member of the Lewisboro Ambulance Corps. He served on the fund-raising committees of Greenwich ARC, the March of Dimes and Greenwich Boys and Girls Club and has volunteered numerous years on the Muscular Dystrophy Association telethon. Jim graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business, and has studied architectural design at Norwalk Technical College and sales at Steventon Plaza Construction Company.
