With over 15 years of experience in Greenwich real estate, Martha Drake has listed and sold properties from backcountry to the waterfront associations of Greenwich, Riverside, Cos Cob and Old Greenwich. She is known for her extensive market knowledge and strong negotiating skills, working tirelessly as an advisor and advocate for her clients. Her analytical background is enormously helpful to clients in making sound investment and personal decisions on properties.
Martha has received repeated awards for highest sales production in Greenwich and Fairfield County, as well as recognition from clients for providing outstanding service. Working with many repeat clients, Martha has seen her clients through first-time purchases, relocation from overseas, in-town moves and downsizing to a condo. With her wide sales experience, including new construction, undeveloped land, and antique and contemporary homes, Martha knows how to put a deal together. She provides her clients with market insight, business skills and marketing expertise, all with honesty and a sense of humor.
Born and raised in Greenwich, Martha brings a special knowledge base of the community, schools and many neighborhoods, which she enthusiastically shares with clients. Married with two children, Martha volunteers her support at local schools, Greenwich Girl Scouts and Greenwich Rugby. She also currently serves on the Greenwich YWCA Leadership Council.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Martha worked for the boutique real estate firm of David Ogilvy & Associates in Greenwich. Her previous work experience was in banking and management consulting in New York, the Dominican Republic and St. Thomas, USVI. She holds a BA from Mount Holyoke College.
