Jane Bodrie

Jane Bodrie brings passion, experience, and efficiency to her work at Sotheby’s International Realty. She was born in Ogunquit, Maine, and was raised between there and Sarasota, Florida. Her parents were real estate professionals, teaching Jane early lessons about open communication and business integrity. She received her marketing degree from Lasell University. Her first career as a TWA flight attendant allowed her to gain superior customer service skills. Traveling to Europe weekly and continuing to be enriched by multi-cultural experiences gleaned through her travel, Jane never forgot the charm of coastal New England life. She made Cape Cod her home in 1978. In 2001, she hung up her wings and joined an established regional real estate firm in Sandwich. Jane quickly established herself and gracefully achieved number one in sales and listings for the next 10 years.

Jane joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2012. Since joining the Sotheby’s International Realty - Osterville Brokerage, Jane has been signified as having the highest total sales of any single agent as well as the agent with the most closed transactions for multiple years in Sandwich. In 2016, Jane attained the status of highest volume of sales in her office. In 2018, she was gratefully awarded top producer with nearly $15 million in sales. Most recently she has had the distinction of being in the top 1% of all agents on Cape Cod in 2020, as well as the top 5% in 2021 and top 3% in 2022. Achieving all with superior customer service, a local’s love of Cape Cod, and an eye for staging and promotion make the professional relationship with Jane a special one. As one client quipped, “She goes the extra mile and then keeps going.”

Jane invests in her career and her community and actively supports the foundation of Cape Cares as well as Cape Kid Meals. She holds designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Buyer Representative, and Certified Residential Specialist. Family is her greatest joy. Jane’s life experiences with family and friends have brought her to a deeper understanding of clients’ real estate needs. Navigating all the facets and needs that precipitate selling or purchasing a home, Jane walks with her clients every step of the way. Jane enjoys sailing with her husband, Dr. Gregory Bodrie, traveling and loving their golden retriever, Stella.
