Peggy Rowland

Peggy Rowland is a dedicated real estate professional with a solid reputation for consistently exceeding client expectations. During her 15-year long career at Sotheby's International Realty, Peggy has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions including luxury waterfront properties, significant acreage estates, unique village properties, new construction, and land. Peggy managed the logistics of creating a six lot sub-division on Parker Road in Osterville, which had been owned by an Osterville family for many generations. Peggy has extensive experience working with surveyors, engineers, attorneys, trustees, executors, and town regulators, which have achieved results of the highest order. Peggy's integrity, expertise, and analytical skills, combined with her extensive area knowledge, help her successfully serve her clients.

Peggy achieved the honor of Sotheby’s International Realty - Cape Cod Brokerage 2017 awards for top sales volume, largest sale, and platinum production award, and achieved the firm’s top sales volume in Osterville in 2020 and second highest sales volume in Osterville in 2021

Peggy is a graduate of Simmons College in Boston where she studied business management. She resided in Beacon Hill for many years prior to moving to Cape Cod where she had spent summers her entire life. Her professional background includes commercial property management, website and database development, and fundraising. She is community-minded and has strong ties to the waterfront and boating community in Osterville, where she now resides year-round.
