Craig Nadeau is a seasoned sales professional with more than 30 years of experience. He is known for understanding his clients’ unique needs and his creativity in finding solutions. Craig is knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods, school districts, and their benefits in the Los Angeles area.
Specializing in the Hollywood Hills above the Sunset Strip, Craig has been known to relentlessly search the city to find the perfect home and property value for his clients. His knowledge of what each neighborhood offers and his ability to communicate those benefits comes with ease. Craig’s people skills and the ability to listen as well as communicate, not to mention his sense of humor, make it a true pleasure to work with him. Growing up in Boulder Colorado, Craig had a fondness for the architecture of the landscape as well as the innovative home designs that were developed during the 60s and 70s. Surrounded by the mountains, the stunning campus of the University of Colorado where he attended school and sleek modern lines, a career as an architect was thought to be in his future. Working part time during school in a clothing store created a desire to build a career in fashion and he soon graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado, in Denver with a degree in Fashion Merchandising.
Moving to Los Angeles in the late 80s, Craig landed an Assistant Merchandising position in the design room of a large clothing manufacturer. Working closely with designers participating in trade shows, he quickly discovered what a service oriented people person he was and decided to move into sales. Within four years, he worked for himself as a multi-line clothing representative and worked with top department stores like Nordstrom, Bullocks and Macy’s. Servicing their needs, he worked closely with manufacturers to bring product goals to his customers. Right product, right price—a skill set he still holds today.
Listening to his clients, Craig has been successful at providing the right house at the right price, special and unique. His passion has come full circle. Again, the architecture on each home he sells has its own desirable lines. Whether Midcentury, traditional or modern, Craig can see the depth and vision of the era and share that with his clients.
