Linda T. Williams

As a lifelong resident of the central coast of California, Linda Williams is able to offer a clear picture of the history, trends and current state of the real estate market in the Santa Ynez Valley and the central coast, as well as access to a diverse group of buyers and sellers. Her interest in land and real estate began as a member of a ranching family that dates back to the gold rush era in California, which developed in her a great interest in the beauty and open ranges of the Santa Ynez Valley and the entire central coast. She has several years of experience in the real estate business and has recently joined Sotheby's International Realty, which affords her clients great opportunities for quality properties and exceptional marketing.
Linda attended three University of California college campuses. She obtained her teaching credentials and taught in the Santa Ynez Valley and at Allan Hancock College.
She is a member in good standing of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and the Santa Maria Association of Realtors, which gives her information on properties from Santa Ynez to Paso Robles. She belongs to the Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County Cattlewomen.
Linda enjoys playing tennis, horseback riding, hiking, and snow skiing. She participates in the Central Coast Tennis League matches and is a docent for public and school interpretive hikes.
