KC Soll is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) through the National Association of Realtors (NAR.)
She is passionate about assisting 55+ homeowners (and their families) who may be considering “living-in-place.”
With both personal and professional experience, she understands aging and health-related housing transitions, senior and elder-care, and legal counseling, including the creation of trusts, Propositions 60 and 90 property tax issues, and tax-deferred exchanges.
Her vast referral network covers topics related to seniors’ residential living, including Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, as well as nationwide and international relocation services.
In August 2020, KC accepted the nomination as Pacific Palisades Community Council (PPCC) Liaison to the Emergency Management Department of the City of Los Angeles. She has taught seminars in Seniors and Elder Disaster Preparedness and spearheads local CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training, taught by LAFD firefighters. Since 2018, the classes she has coordinated have graduated over 100 attendees into local communities.
She is an advocate and facilitator for the American Red Cross Map Your Neighborhood Program (MYN,) as well as Ready Your LA Neighborhood (RYLAN,) sponsored by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.
A 20-year advocate for disaster preparedness, she is a good person to know if you are considering a move to either Los Angeles or Ventura Counties, and (may) have an elderly relative who needs assistance.
